Day 1: Flight for Delhi
Arrival in Delhi at the end of the evening.
Upon arrival, reception by the representative of Welcome India Voyages (WIV) and transfer to the hotel. Then, a traditional Swagat (reception) awaits you with garlands and a welcome non -alcoholic drink at the hotel. During its 3000 years of existence, seven cities have followed one another where the current capital of India is located. Thus, you will discover a fascinating mixture of old and contemporary. Indeed, government buildings, medieval palaces and bazaars rub shoulders with a modern metropolis. Delhi is, in short, a city that only asks to be explored. Finally, night at the hotel.
Day 2: Delhi
After breakfast, enjoy Delhi's visit.
- Passage in front of the Red Fort (closed on Monday): inside are exquisite palates and magnificent gardens.
- In front of the Red Fort is Jama Masjid (the Friday mosque): it is the largest mosque in India, where more than 20,000 people can kneel to pray.
- Also take advantage of a rickshaw ride in the bazaars of Old Delhi.
- Visit the Raj Ghat on the banks of the Yamuna, the Mahatma Gandhi memorial, where he was cremated after his assassination in January 1948. An eternal flame burns 24 hours a day.
- Visit the tomb of Humayun: an early example of the Moghole architecture considered to be the predecessor of Taj Mahal.
- Passage in front of the Rashtrapati Bhawan, formerly residence of the viceroy and today official residence of the president of India.
- Photo judgment at the door of India built in Bharatpur stone, she commemorated the 70,000 Indian soldiers who died during the First World War.

Day 3: Delhi - Chomu - Jaipur (270 km / 06 hrs)
After breakfast, Delhi's departure for Jaipur and Chomu.
- Road to Jaipur: Maharaja Jai Singh II built Jaipur in the 18th century. It is a planned city, built according to the old Hindu rules, as colonial capital of a state rich in color.
- On the way, stop at the Chomu Palace to visit it.
- Lunch at the Palais de Chomu - a luxury royal palace converted to a hotel and visit a palace.
- The Chomu Palace, a reflection of the royal palaces of India, is an elegant 300 -year -old fortified palace and one of the places to visit at Rajasthan. He revives the graceful lifestyle of the princes of the Rajasthan and the inheritance of India.
- Continue to Jaipur. Arrival and installation at the hotel.
- Free time to relax at the hotel or for independent activities.
- In the evening, transfer to a house where we can attend a demonstration of cooking and dinner with a local family, with Aarti de Bienvenue, Tikka and Guirlands (traditional Indian way to welcome a guest).

- Return to the hotel and overnight at the hotel.
Day 4: Jaipur
Early in the morning, breakfast at the hotel. There are one day activities and excursions, such as:
- Visit the Fort d'Amber with elephant back climb and jeep descent. It offers extensive views of a narrow and deep valley and on the larger plains beyond.
- Visit the famous Kali temple.
- In the afternoon, visit the City Palace. Among the various forts and Jaipur palace, the City Palace is distinguished by its exceptional art and architecture.
- Also visit the jantar Mantar (1728-34), built by the astrologer king Jai Singh II. The instruments are built in stone with a marble coating on the important plains to measure the harmony of the heavens.
- Put a photo stop at the wind palace, Hawa Mahal.

Jour 5 : Jaipur – Ranthambore (190 kms / 3.5 hrs)

Jour 6 : Ranthambore

Jour 7 : Ranthambore – Fatehpur Sikri – Agra (237 kms / 05 hrs)

- Breakfast at the hotel and road to Agra.
- On the way, visit Fatehpur Sikri and the magnificent fortified ghost. You will notably admire the Great Mosque with the tomb of Salim Chishti Skeikh in the magnificent marble trellis, the house of jewels also called Diwan-i-Khas (courtroom) with the pillar of Akbar and the giant chessboard of the Pachhis Court.
- Continue to AGRA.

Jour 8 : Agra
Il y a les activités du jour 8 :
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Puis visite du Taj Mahal (fermé le vendredi), le monument le plus célèbre de l’Inde, classé par l’Unesco en 1983. Commencé en 1631, le Taj Mahal n’a été achevé qu’en 1653. Les meilleurs ouvriers furent recrutés dans toute l’Inde et l’Asie centrale, l’artiste Bordeaux, Venise participa à sa décoration.
- Ensuite, visite du fort d’Agra (1565-1573). Cette immense forteresse de grès rouge a été construite par l’empereur Akbar. Se dressant majestueusement sur les rives de la Yamuna, elle se présente comme une savante combinaison de puissance et d’élégance.
- Visite Itimad-Ud-Daulah (aussi appelée « Baby Taj»), a été construite à l’initiative de Nur Jahan, épouse de Jahangir pour son père Mirza Ghiyas Beg, qui avait pris le titre d’Itimad-ud-Daula – pilier de l’État – alors que son fils lui avait abandonné le pouvoir effectif sur l’empire.

- Le soir, vous pourrez assister au spectacle « Mohabbat-te-taj » à Agra. Le Sanskritik Natyashala présente « Mohabbat-the-Taj » – une série de pièces décrivant la saga de l’amour de Shajahan pour Mumtaj Mahal, sa belle épouse ; le style de vie somptueux de l’époque moghole ; les difficultés émouvantes des artisans pendant 22 ans qui ont créé le spécimen le plus précieux de l’artisanat.

- Visite du très célèbre temple sikh « Gurudwara Bangla sahib », un temple majestueux, aux larges dômes dorés. On accède au temple pieds nus (les chaussettes sont également interdites) en même temps que les fidèles qui se réunissent pour prier.
- Free time to visit bazaars or local markets for last -minute purchases.
- Dîner Tandoori d’adieu dans un restaurant de spécialités locales.
