Retirement Surf and Yoga-8 days of well-being, treat yourself to a unique experience combining relaxation, adventure and well-being with our retirement of 8 days of surfing and yoga. Designed to help you reconnect to your body and the ocean, this retirement combines restorative yoga sessions and surf lessons, while allowing you to enjoy a soothing natural framework. Every day, you will experience moments of relaxation, renewal and positive energy, while exploring surfing and improving your flexibility and balance thanks to daily yoga.

Day 1: Saturday, June 14, 2025

The guests arrive in the middle of the morning or early afternoon.
At 5.30 p.m., we will start with a welcome meeting to present the retirement program to you. Then, at 7:30 p.m., we will share a dinner together on site to start this adventure in a friendly atmosphere.

Day 2: Sunday, June 15

In the morning starts at 7:15 a.m. with a yoga session to start the day well. Then, at 8:00 am, a breakfast will be served to regain strength. At 9:00 am, we will leave for the first surfing session, a moment of learning and pleasure on the edge of the ocean. After an active morning, we offer a lunch at 2:00 p.m. The afternoon will be free, you can take advantage of it to relax or explore the surroundings. At 5.30 p.m., we will organize a coastal hike, an ideal opportunity to discover the surrounding landscapes. Then, at 7:30 p.m., a dinner will close this first day rich in discoveries.

Day 3: Monday, June 16

Will start at 7:15 am with a new yoga session to stretch your muscles. At 8:00 am, we will share a nutritious breakfast. At 9:00 am, a new surfing session will await you to continue to improve your technique. At 2:00 p.m., we will have a well -deserved lunch. After that, you will have free time to enjoy the environment. At 5.30 p.m., a repairing/yin yoga session will be organized to appease your body and your mind. Finally, at 7:30 p.m., we will have a dinner on site, ideal for exchanging your experiences of the day.

Day 4: Tuesday, June 17

The day will start with a yoga session at 07:15 am, followed by a breakfast at 8:00 am. At 9 a.m., another surfing session will allow you to progress more. Then, at 2:00 p.m., we will have a lunch together. The afternoon will be free for your personal activities. At 5.30 p.m., we will organize a Beach-Volley match to share a moment of fun and conviviality. At 7:30 p.m., a well -deserved dinner will be served on site.

Day 5: Wednesday, June 18

Today, we will take a well -deserved break in the middle of the week. At 10:00 am, we will start with a yoga session, followed by a hearty brunch. The afternoon will be free, allowing you to rest and explore at your own pace. At 7:30 p.m., we invite you to a dinner on site to end the day in a relaxed atmosphere.

Day 6: Thursday, June 19

We start the active day at 7:15 am with a yoga session to warm your muscles before the surfing session. At 8:00 am, we will offer you a breakfast to start the day off right. At 9:00 a.m., a new surfing session awaits you. Then, at 2:00 p.m., we will share a lunch, before taking advantage of the free time to relax. At 5.30 p.m., we invite you to a repairing/yin yoga session to promote relaxation. Later, at 7:30 p.m., you will participate in a special activity to observe the sunset, a magical moment before dinner.

Day 7: Friday, June 20

At dawn, the day will start at 7:15 a.m. with a yoga session. Then, at 8:00 am, a breakfast will be served to give you energy for the day. Then, at 9:00 a.m., you will enjoy your last surfing session. After a last morning on the waves, we will have a lunch at 2:00 p.m., followed by a free afternoon. Finally, at 7:00 p.m., we will come together for a closing dinner, a friendly moment to discuss the whole experience lived during retirement.

Day 8: Saturday, June 21

To conclude, the last day starts at 8:30 am with a sweet yoga session to start the day well. Then, at 9:30 am, a final breakfast will be served. Finally, you will take the time to say goodbye and leave, taking with you precious memories and skills acquired during this unforgettable retreat.
