Day 1 Ulalan-Bator

Day 2 Elsen Tasarkhai

Terms and conditions

Payment :

Any registration must be accompanied by the payment of a deposit representing 30% of the total price of the package or 200 euros, the payment of the balance intervening no later than your arrival in Mongolia before the departure of travel.
Confirmation is only effective after receipt of a deposit of 200 euros or 30% of the entire registration price of the circuit.
The Customer is advised to confirm their arrival at least 60 to 120 days before the date of their trip to Mongolia.
Payment must be made by bank transfer to the contact details which will be communicated to the customer.
Translating costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancelation :

Due to the organizer: In the event that the organizer is obliged to cancel all or part of the program provided for either foreign reasons for his will, or for reasons relating to the safety of the customer, the latter will benefit from the full reimbursement of the sums paid under the canceled parties. In no case can he claim damages.
Due to the customer: validation of the registration of the circuit will be after an advance of 200 euros. If the rest of the payment is by transfer: the transaction must be made 14 days before the beginning of the circuit. If the rest of the payment is by liquid: the payment can be made before the departure of the circuit

Here is the penalty in case of cancellation:

In the event of cancellation from the confirmation of your registration up to 21 days before the departure of the circuit, 200 euro per person will be retained for compensation.
More than 21 days before the departure of the circuit, a sum of 100 euros will be retained.
