For over 80 years, it has been used traditional cuisine for authentic flavors in Liguria. To start, enjoy a traditional entrance:

▪ First, enjoy a selection of local products, to choose from two typical proposals.
▪ For example: craft cold meats, bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil or Genoese specialties.

Then go to the first dish:

▪ You can choose from two or three regional recipes, all prepared with fresh ingredients.
▪ Among the options offered: fresh pasta with Genoese pesto, stuffed ravioli or seafood troft.

Then continue with a main dish:

▪ Depending on your desires, opt for a local meat or fish, accompanied by seasonal vegetables.
▪ Suggestions: Ligurian fish net, rabbit with olives or the Milanese cutlet.
