Fitness retirement-8 days of well-being. Take advantage of a personalized fitness program, yoga sessions focused on fitness and outdoor activities to find your energy and balance, all in a natural and soothing setting.
The guests arrive at the end of the morning or early in the afternoon. At 5:00 p.m., we will start with the reception meeting. Then, at 5.30 p.m., we will organize beach games, fitness activities, icebreaker and group activities. Finally, at 7:30 p.m., we will share a dinner on site.
07:30 am at 8:15 am Morning Flow/SUP. Then, at 8:30 am to 9:30 am, we will have breakfast. Then, at 10:30 am to 11:30 am, we will have a perspiration session. At 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., you will have free time. In the afternoon, at 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., we will share lunch, followed by free time. At 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., you will participate in a coastal hiking activity. Finally, at 5.30 p.m., we will meet for dinner.
07:30 am at 8:15 am Morning Flow/SUP. Then, at 8:30 am to 10:00 am, we will have breakfast. Then, at 10:30 am to 11:30 am, we will do a perspiration session. From 11:30 am until 2:00 p.m., you will have free time to relax. In the afternoon, at 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., we will share lunch, followed by a little more free time. At 4:00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m., we will continue with another perspiration session. Finally, at 5.30 p.m., we will practice restorative yoga/yin before meeting at 7:30 p.m. for a dinner on site.
Morning snack. Then, at 8:30 am to 9:30 am, we will run a race/walk to the beach. Then, at 9:30 am to 10:00 am, we will have a perspiration session on the beach. At 9:45 a.m. at 10:00 a.m., you will enjoy swimming. Then, at 10:00 am, we will share a breakfast on the beach.
The afternoon will be free to relax and take advantage of the frame.
At 5.30 p.m., we will organize a volleyball activity. Finally, at 7:30 p.m., we will meet for a dinner on site.
