Points System Overview
WIN YOUR WAY IN players accumulate points as they play in our tournaments. There are many ways to earn points. Players earn points for every tournament event they participate in as well as bonus points for winning or finishing near the top of our daily tournaments. There are bonus points available in the newsletter and there are sit-n-go tournaments in between events at each location where players can earn additional points. You can refer people for points, and there are also double point tournaments that can increase your points at twice the rate. These points accumulate and can qualify a player for our Bar Championship Qualifier Tournaments.
Every time you play you get 3,750 points. If you finish in the top ten at an event you get bonus points (refer to the point structure below). These points count towards your “bar rank”. Your bar rank shows your standing amongst players playing within the individual bar you play. Each month the points of all of the players are totaled.
How do I know if my points qualified me for any of the invite tournaments?
A qualified player lists will be posted on the web site on each individual bar page. These qualifiers lists are available depending on the results submitted (we need to ensure that all of the results from the daily tournaments are turned in). If the qualifiers lists can be posted earlier they will.
How long does it take for points to be posted into the web site?
Results from a tournament take anywhere from 1 day to 5 days to be posted however, this is contingent on how long it takes the hosts to submit the results to the Web Support
What do I do if I am missing points?
You can submit for missing points on the web site after you log in with your player ID. You can also send an email to phil@winyourwayin.com with your Player ID the tournament date and time, and the points that you should have acquired.
It is very important to get your missing points submitted as soon as possible. We will not be able to change any qualifiers lists after the lists are posted to the web site.
WIN YOUR WAY IN Point System each time a person participates in an event they receive participation points. The participation points are directly linked to the chip value you receive to play; 3,750 points. During the tournament, if you place in the top ten (final table), you are awarded additional bonus points for placing. The amount of points you receive depends on the number of participants in the tournament. Here is a table showing the number of points you receive for the number of players participating:

Why Is there a three tier structure?
Players that play in smaller tournaments are not as challenged as those in larger tournaments. A tournament with more players is more challenging, and therefore should reward the players placing in the top ten. Other Point Accumulating Opportunities.
Other Point Accumulating Opportunities
Double Point Days - These days are announced during the announcements before each tournament. These double point days are on random days that are chosen each month.. Anyone playing on these days will receive double the points normally acquired during regular tournament play. Playing at new location on their first night of running regular tournaments will also get you double points. Hosts make announcements every night, and are informed of any new locations as they are signed up.
Chasing the Bounty – At every nightly tournament a random player is designated as the bounty. If any WYWI employees are playing in the tournament, they are also designated as bounties. Every bounty is worth 5,000 points. If you are designated the bounty, and you end up winning the tournament, you will receive the 5,000 point bonus. The bounty at each tournament also “bounces”, and here is a detailed description of how this works. Bouncing Bounty System - The bounty starts with one person. Employee bounties do not bounce. When the bounty is taken out, the player that took the bounty out becomes the new bounty and gets bounty points. This takes place until the final table where the “bouncing stops”. If the final bounty is taken out, the player that took the bounty out gets points and does not become a bounty. If the player that is the final bounty wins the tournament, that player gets bounty points.
Referral Points – Referral points are given when you refer a new player to WIN YOUR WAY IN. The point value is 2,000 points. There is a spot on the bottom of the registration form where you will need to write in your player ID number.

Player Points and How They are Acquired
There are several ways that a player can receive points. Players receive points for participating in an event, for placing within the final 10 players in the tournament the “top ten”, for eliminating the bounty, for referring new players.
